No actually he died while filming Wagons East in 1994 and Wagons East still released a few months after his death. He had already filmed Canadian Bacon before Wagons East but the release was delayed until 1995.

You've got to be kidding. Not only is that disrespectful towards Candy, it shows that you didn't even TRY to think about this. Things are filmed and not released until later lots of timesWait, unless this is a cruel, sad joke on your part. Are you joking??? Go to bed, little one.
          This is a highly-sophistimicated doowacky.

Wow, that was a lot of unnecessary anger. So he didn't think about the fact that the movie might be released a year later, it doesn't mean he was being disrespectful toward John Candy. Holy beep you really blew up over nothing. Now, calm down angry one. (I can be patronizing too, yea!).
I love deadlines. I like the whooshing sound they make as the fly by.

W e l l , with the internet and the fact that this very site has an info bar on the left side of the page, it would have been a breeze to find out when it was filmed. I saw the filming dates myself here on the movie page (1993!) It's just a bad topic to post without proper research and seems pretty lame since it's easy to find out how a person can play in a film after said person has passed away. Come on, did the person think it was all done AFTER death???? Seriously. What else could it be, besides that it was filmed prior?
That would make 3 Christmas' I've saved, vs. 8 that I've ruined; two were kind of a draw..

I'm agreeing with Kotter. Seriously, try to use your brain.
See you in another life, eh brother?

It is kind of a stupid question but maybe he was thinking imdb made a mistake or something.
                    John Candy rules!
