The movie praises Canadians more than offending them. The movie more so pokes fun at over the top American patriotism and ignorance.

Huh? who would ban a movie just for that? Maybe in the good old USSR, PRC or some African dictatorship, but I am pretty sure in the rest of the world you can say "___ sucks" without it being censored.
Mind you there is a censor board in Canada, but I think they look at other stuff. -

Im a canadian and this movieis hilarious i watch it all the time!! Why would we care besides if you get the humour its not making fun of canada in the slightest.
im pretty sure nobody here is offended that it says "canada sucks" on the side of a truck in a movie -
