Alot of people die. I don't know how many exactly. One guy dies by having his arms ripped out and turned into a scarecrow, one girls' face is set on fire and melts off, one girl slips on a pipe and the back of her head lands on a water pipe, one guy's head is ripped off Sub-Zero style, and the last 20 minutes features so many hangings, stabbings, and impalements you'll lose count after 10 people in that scene alone.

Okay sorry I haven't responded to this post sooner. Here's an in order from the beginning of the movie to the end of all the people who bit the dust, and the order they go in
Josh & Eli's Gatlin father:
He dies when the corn wraps around his arms and legs, it's pulls his arms out of socket and then it strings him up to a scarecrow post and sews his eyes shut.
The begar:
He is sucked into the earth when he starts to eat an ear of corn that Eli planted. He's not exactly dead yet his head is still stuck above the ground.
Samathia Gordon (the adoption agency woman)
: She dies after trying to make a phone call to Eli & Josh's adoptive parents. Eli uses his evil ear of corn and turns it into a candle which sort of teleports him to the adoption agency. The agency woman sees him in the window. Then she tries to light a cigarette and the flames goes into her mouth and sets her face on fire.
the boy's adopted mother
: She dies after Eli draws a picture everyone outside of the house and then crosses out her face. She is in the building where Eli planted his corn and she trips an a water pipe goes through the back of her head, water spurts out of her mouth.
Eli's real parents:
We see a flashback for this that shows how Eli and the other kids killed his parents. They came into the parent's room one night and stuck sickles in their bodies pinning them to the bed then they lit the bed on fire.
Father Nolan
: He is pinned to a cross and Eli makes a statue of the Virgin Mary come alive and kill him. How is unknown possible by strangling him. It's not shown it's only shown when Malcom and Josh burst in and Father Nolan dies.
Malcom and Maria's parents
: They are killed when Eli puts Maria in a trance and gets her to invite him over for dinner. He uses his evil corn kernels to make cockroaches come out of the parent's mouth. The father dies I assume from choking on them the mother though, her head falls on the table and cracks open and tons upon tons of cockroaches crawl out.
Malcom (Maria's brother):
He and Josh go back to Gatlin to try and find Eli's bible the corn traps Malcom and wraps around his neck and pulls his whole head off his body leaving only a bloody spine with a head attached to it.
Eli's adopted father
: He discovers Eli and the kids in the building and he confronts them. Eli cuts his throat with a sickle.
the kids:
At the end Eli gathers all the kids in his cornfild in the building. After Josh stabs the bible to Eli's chest all the kids come out of their trance and will not follow Eli anymore. Then his unleashes his wrath upon them. Some are killed by by corn stalks, others by falling windows, still others are eaten by Eli who has now supposedly turned into this alien demon thing. T-Loc is pulled under the ground by a giant clawed hand that comes out of the ground.
Eli as the demon monster:
He dies after Josh finishes cutting his tall/root that Maria started on before Eli swallowed her. But Josh did it to get Maria out and she survives. Then they look back and see that Eli the monster breaths his last breath.

That big alien monster thing isn't Eli, it's actually He Who Walks Behind The Rows. During that scene there's actually a quick shot of the ground rising and moving forward just like the previous 2 movies before HWWBTR comes out and starts killing everyone. Plus Eli explodes when he's bible stabbed.

The most gross out death in that movie would be Malcom's death.
