Meredith presented the "truth is relative" argument when they were in workplace mediation. The thing is truth is relative with certain subjects, but when it comes to sex it isn't that simple.
Meredith mentioned that she was a sexually aggressive woman and Tom knew it and that "no" sometimes means "yes" when having sex. The thing is Tom doesn't think the way that Meredith thinks, during the sexual assault scene, he was not expecting it and the last thing he was thinking was "saying no means yes in Meredith's opinion", he was reacting to a shocking situation, he said no, he meant no!
At the workplace mediation, Meredith then starts going all Feminist basically saying that it's good for a woman to be sexually aggressive, well what does that have to do with that situation?! She did nothing but show her true colours there.
If Meredith and Tom planned to sleep with each other that night, it would be a different thing, but that wasn't the case, Meredith was sneaky knowing full well he didn't want to cheat on his wife, she had her maid or whatever go all over the place to get Tom's favourite wine, she had her assistant lock the door, if that isn't devious behaviour, i don't know what is. Meredith's actions that led to that incident and the incident itself shows that Meredith knew full well that it wouldn't have been 100% consensual on his part. -

You clearly missed the point of the sexual encounter (and harassment case) being a DISTRACTION so that Tom doesn't realize Meredith cut corners with the product in order to close the merger deal and later get blamed/fired when it comes to light.
That's why she's all smiles and relaxed when exiting the mediation, and says "He really has no idea".
She only gave that ant to not make it too obvious she's simply stalling Tom and couldn't care less about losing the mediation.
