There are a lot of films where a child actor and adult actor playing the same character barely resemble one another, but this film sticks out in my mind for having one of the most realistic pairings I've ever seen. Is it just me? -

I agree too. The voices were an especially startling touch, they really did sound alike!
The way they both spoke through clenched teeth also.

I agree MsLadybird99. Mayim Bialik did a great job as a young "CC/Bette Midler" and looked just like her.
Another good pairing that comes to mind is the movie "Big" with Tom Hanks/David Moscow.
