Was the Renee Good shooting justified?

if someone puts a gun in a cop's face and pulls the trigger, but the gun is actually aimed at his cheek and technically it won't kill him (only a flesh wound), does that mean he shouldn't respond with lethal force?

why didn't she leave when he was on the other side of her car and her path was clear? she had many opportunities but only chose to slam the gas when he circled all the way back around to the front
but back to the point. is the cop justified to respond with force if the bullet only causes a flesh wound?

Why does it matter? She was speaking initially, and then she was leaving. The original video shows what's happening, and she didn't try to run him over.
He could've moved out of the way.
Again, not comparable, so I'm not entertaining this hypothetical.
Even if you think she was wrong, this didn't call for lethal force. She was already driving away. He was clearly okay enough to fire shots.

she created the situation she was in, then tried to run over a cop to avoid accountability for her actions
the hypothetical is not actually a hypothetical. it's a real situation. the cop sustained a flesh wound and returned fire. the suspect that shot him was running away after he fired the first shot into the cop's cheek. the cop unloaded into the suspect's back and killed him. the cop was treated for the bullet wound to his face and went home the same day.
was the cop justified or not?
the point is to test your axioms. the only reason you won't answer is because you know it contradicts your view that vehicles can't be used as lethal weapons and that people who have shown they are willing to commit violence shouldn't be stopped.
