I the final season, Drew hooks up with Kellie the barmaid. She winds up pregnant, and the majority of the season is him preparing for fatherhood. In the final episode, they agree to be married just before she starts labor.

Thank you! A local TV channel shows reruns and they're working on the last season now, but I figured with my luck I'll end up missing the last episode. Can't find it anywhere online and I've only found season one on DVD.
