I think Phil LaMarr was a pretty good impressionist, although he didn't do alot, but the Sass pwns all. Pretty much every impression he did was great.

Debra wilson as Oprah
(Classic, ultimate spot-on impression. No other Oprah impressionist comes close.)
Nicole Parker as Ellen DeGeneres, Britney Spears, James Blunt(!) and Judy Garland
(Hers is the only Ellen impersenation I've ever seen/heard and it's so well-done considering Ellen's style is kinda difficult to pull of. She also does a way more realistic, more amiable version of Britney compared to your average Britney impersenation. And it works. And her Judy Garland/Dorothy is justwow. The best thing about all her impersenations is she actually physically resembles all those people to a certain extent.)
Stephanie Weir as Anna Nicole Smith
(Another super-accurate imperession. You could watch those ANS skits over and over again and Weir would always make you laugh.)
Will Sasso as Steven Seagal and James Lipton
(I never got a chance to watch most of the older MadTV skits but I've seen some. (Yeah, I know I missed out on a lot) I know Sasso did a lot of dead-on impressions but Sasso's Seagal is really a classic. And I like Sasso's Lipton impression a lot more than Will Ferrel's on SNL.)
Keegan Micheal Key as Snoop Dog and Barack Obama
Bobby Lee as Connie Chung
Alex Bornstein as Rosie O'Donnell
Frank Caliendo as Jay Leno
Ike Barinholtz as Dane Cook
Mo Collins as Madonna, Alanis Morisette and Andie MacDowell
Ron Pederson as Clay Aiken -

Good ones, guys. Keep them coming.
Ron Pederson as Jimmy Fallon
Frank Caliendo as Robert David Hall from CSI
Nicole Parker as Hilary Swank
Keep in mind that when I said "best celebrity impressions", I meant the ones you literally thought were the real people guest starring for the first minute. For example, Frank Caliendo's GWB was amazingly accurate, but just from the face you could clearly see that it wasn't actually Bush. Same goes for most of Bobby Lee's characters.

Debra Wilson's Whitney Houston and Oprah Impression (Add Ares Spears impression of Bobby Brown and you have comedic gold.)
Will Sasso's Steven Segal, Arnold Shwartzenegger (I don't know how to spell his name,) Robert Deniro.
Frank Caliendo as John Madden and president Bush (Again, add Michael's John Kerry impression and you have comedy goldagain!)
I get it up, I get it up in the dark, I make her feel I'm not a holy man -
