What happened to Robert Deniero's character's? Also, who was in the RV taking the photos? Who tried to kill Deniero's character and why did Joe Peahi die? Finally what happened to Deniero's character later on in life and how long did this whole operation last? Was this whole event well documented?

De Niro gets blown up in a car but doesn't die, and ends up going back to how he got started, making bets. The RV was the FBI. The explosion was because of Joe Pesci who was also out of control and the bosses decided he should be killed.
