Where can I find the trailer?

I remember the trailer being really, really cool. I saw it on a VHS rental right around the time it debut on video, but I can't remember which title it was on.
I wanted to show it to my brother, who is a huge Nicholson fan, but I can't find it anywhere. I checked a few sites, including rottentomatoes and youtube.
Anyone know where I can find it? -
