It should begin going steadily downward during this Trump administration now that the border is much more secure and there is a clear focus on enforcing drug laws. I hope we blow up more drug boats. -

What an odd way to make a comparison since we only had one massive alleged terrorist attack and Americans are hardly ever victims of terrorism overseas.
We could say the same thing for everything else and blame every president for it.
More Americans have been killed by guns then terrorist attacks.

Heart attacks.
