Die Hard 1: Takagi death, Karl's brother death, McClane under table, elevator explosion, Karl fight, rooftop scene, Hans death, Karl getting shot.
Die Hard 2: Conveyor belt scene, Skywalk scene, Plane ejection, icicle through eye, wing fight, gas trail getting lit up.
Die Hard 3: Zeus meeting McClane, meeting Simon, subway chase, park bomb, elevator shoot, the entire ship scene, ending. -

2- when McClane gets blown sky high and is like "OOOHHHHH SH IIIIITTTTT"

If anyone watched the Guyz Nite music video for Die Hard, I think that would sum up my favorite scenes. But just to keep up with this thread, I'll list mine:
Die Hard- "SHOOT THE GLASS!"
- The first conversation of McClane and Gruber, towards the end with the classic line.
- John gives Hans a gun with no bullets.
- Geronimo MF (Exploding monitor down the elevator shaft)
- "Come to the coast, get together, have a few laughs." turns off lighter
Die Hard 2: Die Harder - False Machine gun fire at Lorenzo
- John McClane pulling the ejector seat "Oooooooohhh Shhhh***!".
- Helicopter/Plane sequence including ending.
Die Hard With A Vengence - Car shooting scene
- Helicopter explosion "Say hello to your brother."
- Water scene
Live Free Or Die Hard - Car/Helicopter scene "I ran out of bullets" (Unfortunately, they changed that line in the unrated version.)

DH1-When he shoots the guy from under the table, or when takagi gets his brains splattered all over the windows.
DH2- Either the ice pick through the eye or the 'yippee ki yay' when he lights the plane on fire
DH3- When McClane spins the car round in the middle of a chase and takes out all the bad guys..classic
DH4- The car through the helicopter obviously, or the 'yippee ki yay' part (UNRATED!) -

Die Hard 1 = The end scene with John McClane and Hans Gruber, it felt so epic.
Die Hard 2 = Again the ending, the best yippie ki yay mother beep line out of all 4 movies, and the explosion was great.
Die Hard 3 = Any of the boat scene love that part.
Die Hard 4 = Car into the helicopter. -

DIE HARD: McClane shooting guy who warns him beforehand, "If you have the chance to shoot someone, don't hesitate!"- McClane of course having run out of room underneath a table.
DIE HARD 2: The ending of course, with McClane lighting up the gas spill from the airplane; a fight where McClane shoves an icicle into someone's eye
DIE HARD WITH A VENGEANCE: Subway explosion, McClane and Samuel Jackson's character falling onto boat from the bridge

DH1 - Hans falling in slo-mo with the music playing
DH2 - 'Your suposed to stay in your seat untill the plane reaches the terminal' line from Mclain
DH3 - Subway scene with zeus and the cop before the explotion ('you wanna shoot me you go ahead and you shoot me, but i have to answer this phone')
and also the taxi driving through the park

I liked it in Die Hard where he takes the plastic explosive puts it on the chair with the computer monitor and throws it down the elevator shaft saying "Geronimo, mother ******!".

Die Hard: When the cop is leaving after thinking the call was a hoax, and his car gets riddled with bullets. "They're turning my car into swiss cheese!! I need backup NOW, NOW goddamnit NOW!"

Die Hard 2: I didn't like this sequel, so I don't really remember it.
Die Hard with a Vengeance: When talking to Simon on the phone about his poem:
"Nice. Rhymes."
And when they are racing through the park. "Are you AIMING for these people?!"
"Well, maybe that mime."
"That guy was pissed!"
"He'll feel better when he looks in the backseat!"
"I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus."
"Didn't he discover America?"
