I know Roxanne is a dog and everything but it was something about herthe voice, hair and her larger lips that reminded me of Topanga in cartoon form!

At that time she reminded me of Blossom. But I didn't know Boy Meets World back then, but thinking about it now she's more Topanga than Blossom.
