When I first watched this movie when I was around 6 my favorite scene was the look on Max's face when Goofy switch it to "high hopes" song the first time. I rewound the short scene like a million times. Haha!
Other favorite scenes:
The star trek guy: "YO STACY! Talk to me, Talk to me, Talk to me Babeh!"
Basically every single scene that was a song.
Possum scene "Beat it doofus!"
Big foot. "Is he still there"
"Yup. Still there"

I like how you can see the same nuns show up throughout their road trip
Also when Goofy walks into the backup singer's dressing room, he like, twirls his nose between his fingers in embarassment!!! Freakin' hilarious
And when Goofy explodes next to the car at the end - how you see his socks still standing up for a second and then they flop down good stuff!

My favorite part is when Max and Goofy leave the possum show and then this happens
Max - My lifes a living HELL
Giant Possum - HELLO EVERBODY!
and then when the Giant Possum hugs Max hen gets his face twisted when Max Slaps him and says BEAT IT DOOFUS! lmao

Very late, but anyway.
I love the scene with bigfoot and max and Goofy are "trapped" inside the car. the whoe sequence. I also love the scene where Max resques his Dad, Goofy. The very last scene is also very good.

The songs are all pretty good and so well visualized.
When Max is changing the map. So atmospheric!
That possum thing is so painful and grotesque! It's quite perfect.
The montage of Max and Goofy finally getting along.
That climax!
