He looks a little too old to be 14, but I kind of had a feeling that he was a freshman (in high school).

I always kind of took him for 18 years old but that's just me. I think his voice is what made me feel like he's that age but he's shorter than what most 18 year olds would be compared to their parents.

Watch an Extremely Goofy Movie to see what he looks like at 18.
If he's a freshman, then he's 14, 15 at the most.

An Extremely Goofy Movie was released five years after this movie and he would have been 18 already, so in this movie, he's probably 14.

I'd say 15. That's how old most Freshmen are by the end of the year.
