Every branch of law enforcement, military, or intelligence has a code of ethics, laws, and people they report to. But these people, who are basically demigods, are beholden to no one, and not only do they think it should continue to be that way, Steve made the absolute worst arguments for it:
"She's just a kid."
"The safest hands are still our own."
"He's my friend."
Imagine how much people would lose their minds of cops acted like this. It's laughable they actually had him make such a bad case. -

True, but I hate so much what the MCU Hulk turned into I try to pretend he just doesn't exist. Hulk is my favorite comic book character and they made Ruffalo Hulk such a lame, useless piece of ****. I hate him and writers should be in prison for what they did to him.
