I've shown this movie to many ppl who visit my place and everyone said what an amazing movie this is. Most were suprised that they never heard of it.

Totally agree such a unique and action filled movie. Great acting by everyone. Set pieces and special effects are top notch.

Completely agree! They should never remake it. It's so good because the set pieces were incredible. CGI ruins movies

I love everything in the movie. The theatrical cut was pretty good and the extended cut is even better. I love the music which add so much dimension to the film. The slow seascape scenes with the sun and the moon are just perfect to let you lose yourself in contemplation. Kevin Costner is brilliant with so much physical energy and Dennis hopper strikes the perfect balance for a hilarious villain. I have to say this film ages like a good wine

I agree also good movie, everyone I know likes or love this movie. Why is this movie treated so negatively other than film cost/income?? I'm starting to think there may be a conspiracy.
