In "Young Girl" where Robert is dating a 22-year-old, and the family thinks she is too young for him, but it gets worse when she later confesses she's really 19.
I looked up the actress and she was born in 84, and this episode aired in 2000, making the actress playing her 16!! Crazy right?

It's acting.
When Christina Ricci was in her late teens, she was playing adult roles. Maybe some late teens look 22.
