House looks similar to All in the Family

Has anyone noticed how the living room part of the house looks almost identical to Archie Bunker's living room from All in the Family?
Staircase on the right which turns left and under that is a little alcove, with a staircase leading down to the basement under the main staircase.

Pretty much all sitcom houses have that layout. They're bound to look alike.

And funny thing is also I notice the house from King of Queens is very similar to Mike's and Gloria's lol

Roseannes living room set was used on Mike and molly , also on grace under fire - her sister's Fay appt ( dog groomer) was used as roseanne mother's apartment in her retirement community
