I am sure that we can all name Marie's most annoying moments, and yes I am aware of the post, but can anybody think of Frank's most annoying moments, and why you think that they are his most annoying moments?

When he saw nothing wrong with committing insurance fraud in "Wallpaper" and had to be coerced into paying for the damage to the house. That was him being a real dick for sure. When he refused to give up the college game-winning football and was charging thousands of dollars for it in "The Kicker", that was really dickish of him too. And we can't forget about when he dug his hand into the grain bin and helped himself in "Grandpa Steals" and even Marie didnt think he did anything wrong. Plus he scared Ally when he fought with the store employee. That was one of his worst moments right there. There are several others!

        Jazz Records.
I get him being upset, but holding it over your child's head and making snide comments 30 years later is just nasty.

I agree. I HATE that episode. It went out of it's way to try and make the audience have sympathy for Ray when Frank is carrying on about his ruined records, and at the same time he was attempting to force the CDs on Frank, who clearly did not want them. Disgusting. I didnt feel sorry for either of them. That ep was not only depressing, but disturbing as well. Whoever wrote it must having been having a really bad day..

I'd agree with the ones already stated and add the Ping Pong episode, Not So Fast, and the beginning of Your Place or Mine.

The ones that annoy me with Frank are Jazz Records, Grandpa Steals, The Gift, Frank Paints the House, and the Kicker.

When he paints the house. Who in their right mind would argue with the homeowner about what color to paint their own house. And then to slap on a brush full of paint in the middle of the argument just so you can "make your point"
You were hired to do the job. Not be a consultant on what you think would be best and to surprise us.
Every time I see that episode I want to reach thru my TV and strangle him lol

And then Marie defends what he did by saying "in Frank's day men had their jobs and that's who they were" and revealed that he didnt retire from his accountant job, he was actually fired. And that's why he was so offended when Ray "fired" him from painting his house. It doesn't excuse the fact that Frank was being an obnoxious jackass the whole time. And then later Debra said she was OK with the yellow and Ray was understandably pissed off by that. Like Frank once memorably said: "Women. They're never satisfied!" LOL.

                    As mentioned.
                    Frank Paints the House.
I think they let him get away too easily with that. Like Ray said, Frank doesn't give a damn about anyone else's feelings, yet they're supposed to care about his. How he needs to be needed and Ray should apologize. Then Frank says people are his problem, and that what he says should just automatically be good enough for anyone.
                    Season 2 The Gift
Ray gets him a fabulous aquarium, that Frank loves. Then he has to get pissy and make a scene because he knew Ray could afford something more expensive than he could. Ray did something nice for him, and didn't mind spending money on his dad. Now, Frank has to make it a pissing contest.

If you're gonna pretend to cut her hair, at least put some scissors in your hand!
