- Ebert type snob critics that have orgasims over Oscar contenders & foreign films.
- Brainiacs that analyze every single detail in a movie and critize it if it isn't 100% realistic.
- People that think movies like About Schmitt & Adaptation are comedies (they're drama's disgused as comedies)
- People that don't get stoner humor.
- People that don't have a sense of humor.

Um, I am a snob, I have an BA and an MA in cinema.
I thought Bio-dome was funny as hell, my comments are listed somewhere.
See, I live in the UK, where we didnt have Pauly Shore overload, so when I saw the film I didnt know who he was and hence it didnt affect my judgment.

hey when i watched this i wasnt old enough to know what pot was. I had no clue about the purple sticky thing, and what hemp was. I thought the movie was funny as hell. HOLLA at the UK, old chap.

i TOTALLY agree. About Schmitt was the stupidest movie ever. and i love stoner humor, even though im not one. and Steven Baldwin is my hero!

To all you Pauly Shore Haters: Bio Dome is a funny movie. That's it. You can hate Mr. Shore all you want, but you can't argue the fact that the movie makes you laugh. I wouldn't say it's exactly intellecually stimulating or anything, but it's an awesome movie all around complete with countless lines which will NEVER get old.
"Free the great Mahi-mahi?"

"We got chippies, we got chippies, we got lots of stuff to eat!"
Parrot: Brawh! I am God! Brawh! I am God!
(10 minutes later, we see Faulkner with a parrot-feather headdress, eating some parrot meat)

I've always HATED Pauly Shore. His weasel beep god real old real fast. Encino Man, Son-in-LawI could watch them once, but after that I couldn't even touch them. But Bio-Dome was just damn hilarious. One of my all-time favorite movies, and along with Office Space and Clerks, a movie I can watch any time and never get bored of.

EnJInc, you should see "In the Army Now". I found it not quite as funny as "Biodome" but still pretty funny. Then again, I was much younger when I saw it. Maybe you ought to see it drunkI've always LOVED Pauly Shore, so I'm biased, and this comes from a person who loved Jim Carrey in "Ace Ventura: Pet Detective". I'm just a fan of STUPID humor, because it's harmless and doesn't require too much thinking.

I was a stoner when I watched this movie; it still made me cringe. It is not stoner humour, it is puerile humour.
People who should not watch this film:- Those with legs. (you have no excuse for not leaving)
- People with heartbeats, motor function and pulses.
- People with better things to do, i.e. everyone
- People who have at one point experienced birth.
- Any combination of the above.
People who should watch this film: - People who think About Schmidt is a drama and not a comedy (cross genre films are nothing new you know).
- People without suitable I.D. to get into Spiderman.
- People who 'can't wait' to begin driving.
- People making their own film, who want to learn what traps to avoid.
- Pauly Shore's agent.
Well that's another five minutes of my time stolen by Biodome. It just doesn't seem right.
I'm off to strangle my buddy who made me watch this.
