Ironically that review was far more obnoxious and annoying than anything in Bio-Dome.

I agree. What was the big deal, if they had to start over? It's not like they would lose years worth research.

The guy inside, who was in charge was insane, as you would know if you watched it, could be that he believed he could change them, or it could be that he wanted the project to fail.
