Today it's this movie's 20th anniversary, a bit dated but its special effects still look believable!

20 years ago, DragonHeart gave the world Draco, Sean Connery's first voice acting gig and the most realistic looking dragon in film at the time!

Even though it didn't win any Oscar(cause ID4 took it and there was no motion capture praise until the Star Wars prequels and The Lord of the Rings trilogy) that dragon was someone you wanted to meet and fly with!
