There's so many great ones to choose from.

Some other things that struck me funny:
Gaer eating his TV dinner, watching a soap opera, his facial reaction to when the woman says "I'm pregnant" cracks me up
Marge lecturing Gaer (who's murdered 5 people) as if he were a naughty 5th grader
And of course Accordion King! -

In a way I think that's the whole point of the movie. This is real Heartland of America stuff, and the Midwesterners in it are corny as hell in a hundred ways and not 'hip' or 'with it' at all, but with few exceptions their basic values are so sound that even the Chief of Police cannot begin to fathom murder for financial gain. -

That's actually one of my favorite scenes in any movie ever. She's just found a dead woman in a cabin and this dude jamming up a wood chipper with his partner, but she still wants to try to help him see the err of his ways. She's just so unshakably goodhearted. Then she gets home to her husband and he tells her that his mallard was put on the three-cent stamp, and when he sounds a little sad that he didn't win the contest, she still encourages him and tells him to look on the bright side.
Even though she could probably be like, "Oh your mallard didn't place higher? That's a shame. What's that? How was my day? I'm glad you asked. I finally got to the bottom of the triple homicide case, found two more dead bodies one of which was in a WOODCHIPPER! I had a log chunked at me by a crazy Marlboro man and had to detain him by myself all while being SEVEN MONTHS PREGNANT! That's how my day was and I am so glad you asked! Oh wait, ya didn't!"
Marge is one of my all-time favorite movie characters because she is just so unshakably good.
TL,DR: I want ice cream. -

All Marge really knows about them is one is a big fella that smokes Marloboros, the other one is smaller and funny lookin', and they drive a tan Sierra. Yet these two dunderheads are squabbling over the only real piece of evidence she has on them. Such morons !

When Shep is kicking the $hit outta Carl..and Carl tells Shep to smoke a friggin' peace pipe. That line gets me laughing every time. Not sure it's the best thing to say if calming an Indian down is your goal. LOL

I don't know why but I always lose it when Marge has a little slip when she's going down the snow bank to investigate the overturned car. It's just the silliness and every day of it, during such a serious time and the fact it has no real purpose in the movie, but there it is. It just cracks me up.
Obviously there are loads more brilliant moments, and I doubt anyone will even agree with mine, but I guess that's the genius of the Coens. -

The are many of them, but the first one I laughed at is when she's inspecting the body in the upside down car, sees that there's a shot in the head and the hand, and puts her hand up to her head to imitate, and says:
"I guess that's a defensive wound."
I laughed at that. -

I'm not sure why, but mine is when Marge is interrogating Jerry the second time and he has a little outburst and voice crack. "I would know! I'm the executive sales manager!" followed by "We run a pretty tight ship here." Always has me in stitches.
This is probably my favorite too! After years of not seeing the film (watched it last night after a long hiatus), that's one of the scenes that stick with me.
"Ma'am, I answered your question! I answered the darned I'm cooperatin' here!"
And the long stare he gives her before he starts talking. Perfect Macy acting!

Inspired from another good line: Yesterday morning, I was walking in my house barefoot and ran into a hazard, pert'near ripping the nail off of a pinky. First thing I thought of was:
"I need unguent."
which is spoken by Gaear after Jerry's wife bites his hand during the kidnapping.

Carl being angry at gaear for not talking on the way into the twin cities. And the other scene with them in the car and gaear wants to go to "pancake house," along with most of the ones already said on here(and most of the movie also).

"'So you think I'm some kinda crazy jerk for askin'!' only he doesn't use the word 'jerk'. And then he calls me a jerk, and says that the last guy who thought he was a jerk is dead now."
"You were such a super lady and I'm I'm so lonely"
"I got shot I got shot in the face-sch!" -

Because the accent and the look on her face I love this exchange. And the fact that she's always eating.
Marge: Yah, it's this vehicle I asked you about yesterday. I was just wondering
Jerry: Yah, like I told ya, we haven't had any vehicles go missing.
Marge: Okay, are you sure, cause, I mean, how do you know? Because, see, the crime I'm investigating, the perpetrators were driving a car with dealer plates. And they called someone who works here, so it'd be quite a coincidence if they weren't, ya know, 'connected'. -

Mine is the meeting with Jerry, Wade and Stan
Jerry: No, no. I- I 'd, pay you back the principal, and interest. Heck, I'd go one over prime?
Stan: We're not a bank, Jerry.
Wade: if I wanted bank interest on seven hundred fifty thousand I'd go to Midwest Federal. Talk to Bill Diehl.
Stan: He's at Norstar?
Wade: He's at
Jerry: Lundegaard:No, see, I don't need a finder's fee, I need a finder's fee's, what, ten percent? Heck, that's not gonna do it for me. I need the principal!
Stan: Jerry, we're not just going to give you seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars!
Wade: What the heck were you thinkin'? Heck, if I'm only gettin' bank interest, I'd look for complete security. Heck, FDIC. I don't see nothin' like that here.
Jerry: Yah, but I Okay, I would, I'd guarantee ya your money back.
Wade: I'm not talkin' about your damn word, Jerry! Geez, what the heck're you
Stan: Were not a bank, Jerry
Wade: Well, look, I don't want to cut you out of the loop, but this here's a good deal. I assume, if you're not interested, you won't mind if we move on it. Independently.
