Juliet is 13 while Romeo is thought to be older so most of the film would be about Romeo being cancelled for trying to solicit sex from a minor.
He would send a dick pic, Juliet's gang would find out and use cartel ties to behead him on camera.
Romeo finds a talented AI programmer who helps him fake a beheading video and sends Juliet a WhatsApp message informing him of the plan.
Due to poor network coverage the message doesn't send in time and Juliet sees the video without context.
She then live streams her own (real) beheading, Romeo asks in the comments if it's AI and the replies all say no and that he should kill himself for being a paedophile.
He then beheads himself for real.
While the roles are reversed at the end I think this is keeping within the spirit of the original.
They shouldn't hold back on the gore either, we're talking Evil Dead levels of splatter.
