Billy is my favorite, and I like Mickey a lot in the second one. His character should've been more developed. He had a dumb reason for killing… because he wanted to be in a famous trial? The **** is that ****, mayne. Usually the person killing as Ghostface is doing it for revenge.
The worst Ghostface was Roman Bridger.

I agree that 'Roman' is definitely not the Best Killer in the "
SCREAM
" Franchise but I actually do think that Scott Foley did a Pretty Good Job playing him in the 3rd Movie.

I guess the Mickey trial thing was a statement about what was going on culturally at the time in America, since in the 1990s there was a resurgence of the Christian right and they were blaming real life violence on movies/video games.
