Another gross narrative mistake this movie made was killing off the main bad guy first. I really didn't care much about what happened to the other remaining guards.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything. -

It's one of the most memorable scenes though. It was the perfect revenge. The rest of the movie is about how they got away with that murder. Good for them. The man was a horrible child predator who deserved to die for what he did to all those kids under his watch. He even beat a child to death.
