It might not be available now, but I own it on DVD. Bought it back in 1999 or thereabouts.
So, it's not a matter that it was never released on DVD; it's just probably out of print.

it was released on dvd in the late 90s, went out of print and is now available directly through Warner Bros Archive. you can find it on amazon or even cheaper at wbshop.com
