Amazing you can find a movie named Stupid stupid.
What did you expect Stupid tp be.
And since you find it stupid then I guess you agree that it excellently protrayed it's intent.
for an adjective use damn. The editor will remove it and work will be perfect. M.Twain

          Ray Stevens sings that song.

"If I've never seen it before, it's a new release to me."

I came to this movie's page because of the song. I hadn't heard it in 8 years but a Futurama clip brought it back in mind (when Fry becomes his own Gradpa by getting his original Grandpa killed and banging his Grandma back in the 50's). I looked it up on iTunes, and there are more covers of this song than any other I have ever seen. I loved it the first time I heard it (as sung by Tom Arnold). It didn't actually make sense but if you look it up on youtube or iTunes and listen to the Ray Stephens version it actually does add up, essentially a string of technicalities, If your biological father marries your step daughter, she's now your Mom, since you are married to your "Mom's" mother, you are married to your Grandma, so you are your own Grandpa. The song is way more complicated than that, but that is the song's fundamental reasoning.

That entire scene was great. The really bad wig on the anchor lady was a nice touch. I wanna know where I can buy that suit and tie that Tom Arnold was wearing. Also, was that Jim Carey in the audience?

I haven't seen this movie in a while,
and the lyrics they used were a little different,
but when I was a kid ( 1960's) this was the song:
                      I'm My Own Grandpa
Many many years ago when I was twenty-three
I was married to a widow who was pretty as can be.
This widow had a grown up daughter who had hair of red,
My father fell in love with her and soon the two were wed.
This made my dad my son in law and changed my very life,
for my daughter was my mother cause she was my father's wife,
to complicate the matter even though it brought me joy,
I soon became the father of a bouncing baby boy.
The little baby then became a brother in law to dad,
And so became my uncle though it made me very sad,
My wife is now my mother's mother and it makes me blue,
even though she is my wife, she's my grandmother too.
Oh, I'm my own grandpa, I'm my own grandpa.
(Something like that. Working on memory.)
