Kristofferson plays some pretty good villians but this one is pretty good. Great smart alecky lines that make me laugh especially when he tells his son not to worry about inheriting his fortunes because he was gonna live forever haha.

Yeah, the list of Embarrassed Good Actors in this movie is surprisingly long; Kristofferson, Harry Dean Stanton, Marge Helgenberger, Stephen Lang
I think Stanton came as close as anyone ever did to successfully playing a scene with Seagal. I got a kick out of their back-and-forth about fixing Stanton's porch, and his goofy reasoning for not wanting it fixed.

The thing I liked about Orin is how believable of a villain he was. He wasn't some evil conglomerate maniac who enjoyed poisoning innocent people, but rather a man who was running a business and would do whatever it took to keep it a secret. He may have been a little too comical to be believable, but he was pretty darn close.

"Kristofferson plays some pretty good villians (sic) but this one is pretty good."
That statement makes no sense. You already stated that he plays some "pretty good villains", so if this one is also just "pretty good", then why make a special point of it? Also, the word "but" implies a difference or change; "pretty good" to "pretty good" is NOT a change.
Perhaps you actually MEANT to write "Kristofferson plays some pretty good villains but this one is REALLY good".

Kris Kristofferson is excellent in this.
            Real bad man.
