He looks almost exactly like him. Although NPH isn't good at playing a truly villainous character - the best he can do is either a villain in name only like Dr. Horrible, or a self-absorbed pervert like his persona in Harold and Kumar.

Neil can pull it off. I think he'd made Kurt more goofier (which isn't a bad thing).

Naw, the original actor did a pretty good job. I'm one of the few that likes his performance. Love that weird line " because Kurt is now both your mother and your father."
