Did a demon come out of the broken mirror at the end? Was that what was masquerading as her reflection?

Great points of observation. You decide. Our brains cannot distinguish fantasy from reality. And Claudia's brain is running in a all-together different realm to begin with, I actually feel sorry for her because of her pain and self-distortions.
