    Didn't she? She resembled her completely like a twin. When I saw this movie she immediately made me think of the girl that was Little Miss Sunshine-Abigail Breslin. I thought it was the same girl, but then realized the movie came out about 10 yrs before Little Miss Sunshine, but she looked exactly like her I thought.

        I thought this too. Similar features and the cute pot belly. Both great actresses as well.

          Yes, she definitely did. Or rather, considering Abigail Breslin is younger than Mae Whitman, it should be said that Abigail looks like Mae. Yeah, yeah, I know, I'm nitpicking, lol.

              I must admit until I saw your post I hadn't noticed but you are right. One thing puzzles me, as far as I can recall the fact that she wore glasses didn't come into the story and as far as I know Mae Whitman doesn't wear them herself so wonder why?
