That has always been my understanding and my position as well. "Hate speech" needs to be protected speech. There are all kinds of speech that may not be nice, but when it comes to making speech illegal? Naw. Who's going to decide what's "hate" or "not hate".

You really think Pam Bondi is the one making the calls? Lol. This is all Trump. He has gone on record as supporting her handling of Epstein and this attack on the freedom of speech. He even went further with it. If he didn't want her doing these thing then he has the power to fire her. He doesn't fire her because she's doing exactly what he wants.
