Luis Bunuel made a movie in the 50's called The Young One (La Joven) it deals with the subtle relationship between a willful young girl and her relation. A black jazz musician comes in and out of the story also. Worth a look.

Have you ever heard of the French? They make tons of movies like this: "Claire's Knee" (which someone mentioned), "One Wild Moment" (re-made in the US as "Blame It on Rio"), "White Wedding", "Beau Pere", "Savage Camp", "36 Fillette", "Stay the Way You Are" (actually that one's Italian) and most of the films of photographer/director/pervert David Hamilton.
Actually, THIS film was made with French money and the original book was first published in France. Oh yeah, Roman Polanski is hiding there too. . .

            Poison Ivy
(1992) with Drew Barrymore. Surprised nobody has mentioned it.

Pretty Poison - somewhat obscure, but it's a great 60's movie that doesn't seem a dated at all
Ghost World - surprised nobody mentioned it so far

                        Breathe in (2013)
That movie is gorgeous so you should love it, and Guy Pearce is dreamy.

The Diary of a Teenage Girl (2015)
The story of a 15-year-old girl that has just started an affair with her mother's boyfriend in 1970's San Francisco".
From the official synopsis: Like most teenage girls, Minnie Goetze (Bel Powley) is longing for love, acceptance and a sense of purpose in the world. Minnie begins a complex love affair with her mothers boyfriend, the handsomest man in the world, Monroe Rutherford (Alexander Skarsgrd). What follows is a sharp, funny and provocative account of one girls sexual and artistic awakening, without judgment.
It has good reviews and Alexander Skarsgard.

For one of the better older man, younger girl movies that was banned from the U.S. for several years try Chloe with Marion Cotillard. She is depicted as a 15 year old prostitute and there are a few nude scenes of her. I saw the uncut version on Netflix and Amazon Prime has what they advertise as the uncut version but it is the R rated version. It also isn't available through Amazon in either version as far as I know.
