Why did Carla Towne get killed, again? This came on satellite yesterday, but I just couldn't sit through this bland movie again. Please, remind me. Was it because of her screwing around with the Prez's son or something else? Oh, and was the bald Secret Service guy seeing her too?

So to be clear Carla had sex with the President's son to help Alda set him up, and she was only supposed to be "roughed up" by the killer but instead she died for real?
