Depending on your definition, "Natural Born Killers" could be. That movie's ideas could have only been done in the 90s. You really don't know what is going on until the end. The characters never even know the message they are giving.
If you can get past the part where they kill pretty much everyone, it is really really good. It is not a gore movie or grusome.

Hey equinizzle. why am I a dumbass?
I meant 90's in the style of fashion, the music, and the seemingly constant longing for the 80's that the main characters seem to inherit (as we all know, the 80's lasted until 1995) 🙂
This film surely reminded me a lot of the 90's (for better and for worse).
Give me title that's more "90's" then.. smartass
To Starski: Good point. I've seen Natural Born Killers and I liked it.

            Wayne's World/2 maybe?
Buffy The Vampire Slayer (yes the movie) Note: it is not as good as the show.
I will post more when I think of more 😛

I found the references to the 80's to underline that it was really 90's film. I found the outfits (not only those of the two main characters of course) to be very 90's. And the music.. hello! this could NOT have been made in another decade.
yes! Waynes World is very 90's, thank you Starski.

Mallrats is a very good example. Like "Roxbury" it shows us the 90's while mixing in throwbacks to the 80's during the film. And it's beep funny too!

Yes! Clueless is a perfect example of a 1990's movie. Good burger is also a great example, so is Waynes World. In fact, I'd say most SNL movies from the 1990's or movies staring people from SNL like Chris Farley in Tommy boy are 1990's movies. Now correct me if you guys think I'm wrong but would Independane day be a good example of a 1990's move? Not so much the style, but it is about Aliens, and Aliens and alien abduction seemed to be a staple of 1990's culture. It also starred Will Smith who was very popular in the 1990's from his hit tv show fresh prince. I think I'm reading into this too much, lol.

I wouldn't call this a purely 90's movie. This could have come out today and would not be dated one bit.
It's a sign of my relative lack of trendiness, that the line between contemporary culture and 90's culture is not as acute to me as it is to others.

Empire Records is definitely 90s. So is Clueless, like someone mentioned, and(even though it's a cartoon) A Goofy Movie. And Can't Hardly Wait is very late 90s.
