Hocus Pocus with Bette Midler, Sarah jessica Parker & Kathy Najimy. About 3 sisters who were witches.
Three Sisters, 2001 TV sitcom series (2 seasons)
The Three Sisters, 1973 film of a play by Anton Chekhov
The Sisters 2008 updated film of the same play
There is also a 2002 TV version of the play.
And don't forget any & all variations upon 'King Lear', which has 3 sisters at odds with each other!
May you live long & prosper

"A Thousand Acres", with Jessica Lang, Michelle Pfeiffer & Jennifer Jason Leigh (a variation of King Lear)
"Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?". Maybe not what you were thinking of, but it is about sisters.
The movie with Bette Davis & Joan Crawford is good, but the tv version with Lynn & Vanessa Redgrave has the added dimension that they really are sisters.
"Les Demoiselles du Rochefort", with Catherine Deneuve & Franoise Dorlac is also fun as they were really sisters.
"Hannah and her Sisters", with Barabara Hershey, Mia Farrow & Dianne Weist
"Marvin's Room", with Meryl Streep & Diane Keaton
"The Secret Life of Bees", with Queen Latifah, Alicia Keys & Sophie Okonedo
          "Eat Drink Man Woman"
"Sister, Sister", a tv movie with Diahann Carroll & Irene Cara
"Meet Me in St. Louis", with Judy Garland, Lucille Bremer & Magaret O'Brien
"The Parent Trap" (the original movie also spawned a number of tv movie sequels, III & IV also co-starred triplets Joy, Leanna & Monica Creel)
The tv shows "Sisters" (I used to love that show)
          "Little House on the Prairie"
"Sister, Sister", with twins Tia and Tamera Mowry
"Double Trouble", with twins Jean & Liz Sagal
And finally, the "grandmother" of them all "Little Women"

Lets not forget the crappy movie versions of Twitches and Twitches 2 that disney pulled out of their arses. Dont get me wrong, I love disney, but those books had so much more potential!

I'm surprised no one mentioned the obvious. TV series calledwait for it.."Sisters" with Sela Ward, Julianne Phillips, Swoosie Kurtz, Patricia Kalember. It was a hit series on NBC. They all played the Reed Sisters (Frankie, Teddy, Alex and Georgia). Great series that is unfortunately not yet on DVD.

I'm surprised no one had mentioned my favorite, 28 Days (2000), another Sandra Bullock movie.

How does that examine the relationship between sisters? I don't recall Sandra's character's sister being in rehab with her.

Sandra's character ends up in rehab after she ruins her sister's wedding. I think in the end she is forgiven by the sister.
and in that vein, Rachel Getting Married is similarly about sisters.

Sandra's character's sister visits her during her rehab and they discuss their past and how it made them the people they became, and how despite everything they still love each other.
