Guys/Gals,
I was re-watching this movie the other day and I believe I found a mistake not listed under the "goofs" section of this film. When Carter and Soo Yung are daring Juntao to push the button why doesn't Juntao or one of his men just shoot Carter and Soo Yung. She is wearing C4 therefore the bomb would not explode if shot.

Yep the exact same reason that Clive's car would not have blown up whether Carter shot either the C4 in the trunk or the gas in the tank. It's dramatic license. I think these are usually classified as 'intentional goofs'.
