While the report concludes that the investigation "did not establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities", investigators had an incomplete picture of what happened due in part to some communications that were encrypted, deleted, or not saved, as well as testimony that was false, incomplete, or declined. The report states that Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election was illegal and occurred "in sweeping and systematic fashion", and was welcomed by the Trump campaign as it expected to benefit from such efforts. It also identified multiple links between Trump associates and Russian officials and spies, about which several persons connected to the campaign made false statements and obstructed investigations. Mueller later stated that his investigation's findings of Russian interference "deserves the attention of every American".
Volume II of the report addresses obstruction of justice. The investigation intentionally took an approach that could not result in a judgment that Trump committed a crime. This decision was based on an Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) opinion that a sitting president is immune from criminal prosecution, and Mueller's belief that it would be unfair to accuse the president of a crime even without charging him because he would have no opportunity to clear his name in court; furthermore it would undermine Trump's ability to govern and preempt impeachment. As such, the investigation "does not conclude that the President committed a crime"; however, "it also does not exonerate him", with investigators not confident of Trump's innocence. The report describes ten episodes where Trump may have obstructed justice while president and one before he was elected, noting that he privately tried to "control the investigation". The report further states that Congress can decide whether Trump obstructed justice and take action accordingly, referencing impeachment.
The tl;dr version - Too many members of the campaign team were commiting obstruction so they couldn't get a full picture, which is why so many of them went to jail. The president was actively taking part in it and only avoided charges because the president's lawyers said you can't charge sitting presidents. -

Too bad the US intelligence community had zero direct information that Putin actually wanted to help elect Donald Trump during the 2016 election yet Obama directly published intelligence suggesting otherwise to in an attempt to dethrone a duly elected president which to this day, is what democrats would call a "threat to democracy". And house Intel transcripts show team Obama had NO evidence of Russian collusion and yet, they still attempted to frame Trump.

A $32 million circus that couldn't pin a single speck of "conspiracy" or "coordination" on Trump or his team with Russia, full stop, game over. No collusion, despite years of rabid snooping, 2,800 subpoenas and 500 witnesses dragged through the dirt. Witch hunt? Try a pathetic tantrum by sore losers! Obstruction? Mueller didn't charge Trump because there was nothing to charge. The report outright admits it couldn't pin a crime on him and Barr and Rosenstein, after eyeballing the evidence, told the obstruction fantasy to kick rocks. Firing Comey or slapping limits on Mueller's wild goose chase isn't a crime, it's a president curb stomping a corrupt, politicized farce. There's an old saying "imagine if the roles were reversed"…
The OLC rule on not indicting a sitting president? That's just DOJ 101, not some Trump VIP pass. Obama will be granted "presidential immunity" in the Russia-gate probe while Clapper is lawyering up and admitted on CNN the other night he's worried because he knows he's ****ed.
And let's not skip the real scandal: the FBI's clownish mishandling of the Steele dossier which was a steaming heap of unverified trash paid for by Clinton's slush fund, which sparked this entire pathetic saga. In fact, new declassified DR docs prove Clinton's campaign planned to falsely tie Trump to Russia… and ironically, Russia sat on docs regarding Hillary's alarming mental health.
This garbage narrative is a Democrat fever dream to delegitimize Trump's 2016 victory. That's just a long worded "NO U" that ignores almost everything in my post. Trump was literally on live TV asking Russia for dirt on Clinton. But besides that he had a handful of campaign members go to jail for lying to investigators or tampering with the investigation. Which I need to remind you once again, Mueller clearly said was a major factor in not being able to definitively prove direct collusion. Any reasonable person would come to the conclusion that if they were innocent they wouldn't have bothered with all that obstruction.
You also conveniently ignored this part

where anyone with at least a 3rd grade level of reading comprehension can see that it's not calling him innocent at all, but falling back on presidential immunity for something that happened when he wasn't even president (lol)

It's not 100% the same situation, but back in 2000 Al Gore's campaign was given some information that was illegally obtained. Instead of using it for an advantage they turned it over to the FBI. And that was during the closest election any of us will probably ever see. -
