It's her animal. She was walking back to her condominium entrance. She walked right past their gate to their parking lot where their dumpster is.
She went out of her way to use our dumpster.

I didn't think that it mattered. What matters is that she broke the law. What matters is that the additional charges for their trash is added to my monthly rent.
I've walked through the parking lot of all these townhouse and condominiums. My dog would lead me there cuz she tracks the scent of other animals. I no longer allow her to do that though. We haven't in over a year.
Their dumpsters aren't full. We aren't even at capacity yet we got everyone on the blocks trash??
How is that fair. One dog poop bag. You think they stop at that especially when they go out of their way to do this? They are walking home with their dog. Take the poop with you and toss it into the dumpster that belongs to the property that you pay rent at!
I don't walk through their parking lot to throw away my dog poop bag.

What you're failing to realize is that an example needs to be made of her. After she goes down for it, she will tell the other residents.
I'm going to my leasing office to report these people. Maybe cameras will be installed above our dumpsters so that the property can monitor activity.
Her property got cameras posted on their buildings. Two can play this game.
