Raisins and The Death of Eric Cartman are two of my favorites with Butters.
Professor Chaos and Good Times with Weapons were also great.

wow great question. I never thought of a Butters favorite episode.
Now that I think about it, I don't think there's a single bad Butters episode they're all great!
