and the main thing is she has chosen to live in London and not america, which to me is a sort of nod to Kubrick who got out of america and went to live in London before Lolita in 1962, and in this same year 1999 made EWS which showed the total contrast "Across the Universe" in attitudes to sex where sex in america has become a full spectator sport, espec for the old rich powerful crincklies at the orgy.
below is a banana slug explaining it all -

Even if we ignore any possible nod to Kubrick (I ignore such) it makes sense within the context of the story, being a very famous American actress makes it difficult to have a private life with her bookstore husband, so living in London and looking forward to a simpler life is the goal, even though the movie shows even London media can get a bit crazy!

Actually they made it a big point that the English press was worse than the American press. American press definitely couldn't publish nude pics of her in that photo shoot like the English papers did in this movie. So that one poster's point makes no sense.

I think the two kids running around them are supposed to be their's as well. The boy had her reddish hair.
I doubt that. They appear to be in a private park like the one they explored after climbing over the fence. I think the kids are members of a family which also has access to the park.

I don't believe they're supposed to be William and Anna's. Instead, I think it's a subtle summary of the movie, boy chases girl boy catches girl girl chases boy (they're playing tag, and at the end the girl's chasing the boy, rather like Anna chased William near the end).
Subtle and understated (like much of the movie!)
