Same. I was just old enough by a few months to vote for him in '08. I remember Bush Jr. very well and sort of remember the very end of the Clinton administration, although I was too young to have any opinions on him at the time. And technically Bush Sr. was president for the first two years of my life, but I obviously don't remember him directly.
Still, I think I'd still say Obama was the best president of my lifetime had I been born any time after January of 1969. Carter is my favorite
individual
to occupy the White House since Lincoln, but he wasn't an effective president unfortunately.

I used to rate him highly because he saved the economy and got us out of Iraq, but in retrospect he was a disappointment. He should have got us out of Afghanistan and the drone stuff is hard to defend. Biden was a much better president.
