I didn't understand that part. It said that he got angry and killed his wifebut when did this happen? Did they move to the Bahamas after the whole "I know what you did last summer" fiasco? Or was that all before?

But Susie died 1 year before they hit Ben Willis, right?
So they couldn't have burried Susie in the early 80's.
Or did you mean he killed his wife somewhere in the 80's?

It was one of those backstory's they added for Ben Willis. To me - I think they were trying to make Ben Willis seem more like this psycho killer. The only thing that sends up red flags to me is how, OK, so he always was a killer and then raised two children on his own? In the first one and about Susan/Susie's death - Ben Willis was mentioned, but never mentioned a brother. I know some people will over look that and won't care, but whatever.
I always thought this was a good sequel, but there's a few errors, complaints and confusion to it. The whole Brazil capital question, going to some island that causes them to be stranded, Jack Black, Will's character, Ray barely doing anything just like he did in the first one.
