I was wondering the same thing.
Could it be that they cast her because she was planning on having an augmentation in real life, and that's what we see?

I remember when the movie came out someone pointed out that in the post-augment scene when she opens her bra she's standing still and her face/head doesn't really move. Perhaps they used movie magic to put her face on another woman's body. Her face doesn't really move and her bra is even front clasp, making it easier for her to undo without the body moving.
