Say when did they started to air this at 4 AM and why? I was looking at the tv grid online and I happened to see it, I was like what the hell, what's this doing on?

well babies and kids sometimes wake up at all hours of the night.
When my sister was younger, my stepdad would look for things that owuld be on when she would wake up at 4 or 5 and not able to go to sleep.
