I agree I liked the Vegas one better than the first one. The film was just cute and FuNit does NOT deserve such a pathetic rating!
I thought the cast was much better in the Vegas film. In fact I thought it was Perfect casting.
I also thought it was a nice touch that they had Harvey Korman play Wilma's dadhe was the original voice for Gazoo in the cartoon series. I see he died just last week.

I agree I liked this movie too, and it is nowhere near as bad as the rating suggests. It isn't perfect, but in most ways it was better than the first film, and a tad inferior in other aspects. But it was fun, the little alien was cute, and while Mark Addy slightly underplayed Fred and Stephen Baldwin a little too gormless as Barney, Kristen Johnson and Jane Krakowski were perfect as Wilma and Betty. Plus Joan Collins was brilliant as Pearl and Alan Cumming was wonderful as Gazoo/Mick Jagged.
