it's "swiss family robinson crusoe" minus the family. the volleyball stands in for Friday.can a person living in upper-middle class comfort survive with the absolute minimum of tools? good question.
huge suspension of disbelief is that he survived the crash because the last thing they see in the cockpit before impact is a pretty vertical angle of attack which would have meant the force directed at the planes' nose killing all behind it.
also: just where did the plane depart and where was it headed that it was flying near or below the equator?? it wasnt a long-haul capable of crossing the pacific so what was it doing so far from regular flight routes?
the ending was bullshit.Fuck TEXAS. the writer was the editor of Texas Monthly and that's the only reason for the location where it was. he clearly recognized the cowgirl from the ranch name so he should have followed her back instead of driving into an unknown future. -

I think what kicked it off, was someone created a thread that suggested that Chuck violated Wilson up the inflation port. Apparently there exists, some weird fetish, whereas some people are turned on by inflatable objects.
Then again, there are people that are turned on by feet, and they’re pretty darn dirty, and gross. I know of at least one such fellow. But for the sake of protecting the innocent, won’t mention any names
