That was insanely hilarious, the way he said 'Tiguh Wooo.. Tiguh Wooooh' !!
In a lot of other English words ending with 's' he would just leave it out, can't remember which ones but he did. And then there was barely a sentence he spoke without a 'mo fo'in it.
Is he really 6" tall ? He looked shorter than that in the movie. -

FYI- Wright was a soldier in The Manchurian Candidate, with Denzel Washington, he is all kinds of screwed up in that film.. Gulf War Syndrome, actually mind control experiments.. Kind of cool. This is one of the few flicks I've seen him in. Friend of mine told me Basquiat was great. True or false?

after I fell in love with his acting (because of Angels in America, where he plays 2 completely different characters and he's so brilliant that I didn't know those 2 characters were played by the same guylol), I watched Shaft just for him. and whenever he was on screen I still couldnt believe how great he is and I repeated to my bro: "wow, he's such a brilliant actor..! he's really amazing!" etc.
Greetings, prophet! -

I've only seen parts of this movie, and as much as I "dig" S. Jackson, the actors portraying the villains are amazing, including Jeffrey Wright. The scene between him and Bale that I saw was riveting. What an amazing job Wright did in this

Wright is definitely an underappreciated actor, even though he has appeared in over two dozen films to date and he just turned 40. I agree he was spectacular in SHAFT, which is one of the few films I have seen him in. He is, after all, a character actor, and tends to disappear into his character. He is that good.

I can't agree more. He is way too underrated (wow, is he that old?). Awesome, awesome acting. Made me seen the movie a few times in a row, just to see him again. The scene with Bale (in his house) is just unbelievable. Just look at his face when he says: : "Not on my life?". Just WOW.
And not to mention that simply hillarious spelling. -

man you are completely correct with those quotes in my opinion. The man is an acting genius, I don't think I've seen an actor as versatile as him in a long long time. Basquiat is awesome too, for whoever it was that asked that. and his performance in Angels in America, wow.
We need some kind of petition to get the man more recognised and more work, not that he hasn't been in many films - he's just better than almost any other actor and seems to excell in every role given to him.
